Gonzaga Law Review membership is open to students who have finished their first year of law school with a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.700 or higher.
Students who wish to become members must also participate in the Writing Competition and receive a minimum average writing score of 70 out of 100 as outlined by the editorial board in accordance with the Gonzaga Law Review Bylaws.
The Writing Competition problem is released after Gonzaga’s spring semester grades are posted, and entries are due in July.
Students who plan to transfer, or have transferred, to Gonzaga University School of Law between their first and second year of law school must meet the minimum G.P.A. requirement and be in the top 50 percent of their law school class at the time of transfer.
Transfer students must participate in the Writing Competition and are subject to the same deadlines as non-transfer students.
