Mary is a principal at Berntson Porter & Company, PLLC and is the Director of Assurance Services. In addition, Mary oversees and manages quality control, professional training and internal systems within the firm. Mary is also a key operations point person within the firm and has led the implantation of several strategic, firm wide initiatives. These initiatives include GoFileRoom and Prosystem fx Engagement software conversions.

Jeff became the Office Tax Managing Partner for Seattle in 2013. In his role, Jeff oversees the Seattle operations, talent, and marketplace activities for the Deloitte tax practice. In addition, Jeff oversees the operations and talent activities for the Portland and Boise tax practices.

Tammy has been in public accounting since 1993 and is a leader in Moss Adams' government, higher education, not-for-profit, and health care practices. She specializes in providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to higher education, quasi-governmental, health care, and other not-for-profit organizations. She coordinates and supervises audits, provides consultation related to internal controls, and provides continuing education classes internally as well as externally to various organizations.

Meredith advises clients on various multistate tax matters including: reorganizing/restructuring, income tax provisions, revenue sourcing, due diligence/acquisition planning, controversies and compliance matters. Meredith consults with companies representing a wide variety of industries including technology, retail and manufacturing. Her primary area of concentration is state income and franchise taxes, but also assists clients with issues involving sales, use and business activity taxes.

Kevin is a tax specialist with over 30 years of experience working with businesses and high net worth individuals to minimize income and estate taxes. He is active in the community, serving on several not-for-profit boards, and is the past President of the Spokane Estate Planning Council.
