About This Event

Join Gonzaga University School of Law this November 8th to 11th for an unforgettable journey to Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Take in the beautiful landscape surrounding Albuquerque on a hot air balloon ride with Dean Rooksby, Executive Director Sarah Guzman, and fellow ZagLaw alumni. In Santa Fe we will be touring Lisa Bick's Studio and receive a hands on experience with the artist. In addition, we will enjoy the Ten Thousand Wave's hot tub suites, tour the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and pay a visit to the Loretto Chapel.

There is limited space available, so sign-up while you can! The registration cost covers all activities, dinner and ground transportation during the trip but it does not include airfare or lodging. The following hotels are where Dean Rooksby and Sarah Guzman will be staying and are the locations of pick-ups and drop-offs during the trip.

Below is a brief outline of the trip itinerary. Please note that some of the details may be subject to change.

Itinerary

Nov. 8th
Arrive in Albuquerque and enjoy a group dinner at Seasons Rotisserie & Grill with Deena González, Ph.D.

Nov. 9th:
Start the day with a sunrise air balloon ride before traveling to Santa Fe. After settling in, relax at the Ten Thousand Waves Hot tub suite.

Nov. 10th:
Visit the Lisa Bick Studio and meet the artist followed by time at the Tesuque Village Market. Finish off the day with a tour the beautiful Loretto Chapel.

Nov. 11th:
Enjoy a private tour of the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and explore the Canyon Road Art Galleries. Round out the trip with dinner at La Boca.
