About This Event

Washington State has an exciting opportunity to act on climate change, and environmental health. This event is a call to action for students to learn how they can participate in the policy process. Please join us to hear about the connections between climate change and carbon emissions, and why climate change is a public health crisis. This will be followed by discussion of current legislation that will work to address these challenges here in Washington State. The event will conclude with education on how to contact your senators and representatives.

Presented by: Health Equity Circle, 350 Spokane, Gonzaga Environmental Studies and Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility
