Welcome to the Gonzaga University Student Accounts Office
We are dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and resources in a professional and individualized manner. Effective communication with students and their families is an important part of the Student Accounts mission. Our office is responsible for the preparation and distribution of billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board and other related fees. We process payments, set up payment plans, disburse financial aid and issue refunds.

The Office of Student Accounts is located in the Crosby Center, Suite 001.
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The cashier processes payments and scholarship checks. Cashier Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
