Academic Testing Center

The Academic Testing Center provides proctoring services for faculty that are unable to administer an exam in their classroom or department.

Hours of Operation

All Exams are Proctored by Prescheduled Appointment Only

Academic year (fall and spring): Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Finals week: Monday through Thursday - 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

**The Academic Testing Center observes all University closures**

All students that require academic accommodations related to test taking, as approved by the Disability Access office have been provided with an accommodation letter.  They have been instructed how to deliver this letter to their faculty and discuss their accommodation needs.  They have received training regarding how to schedule exams via an online portal in partnership with the Academic Testing Center.  Students requiring academic test accommodations are expected to schedule all exams at least 3 business days in advance of an exam date.

Direct faculty contact is required in circumstances where a student is unable to schedule an exam online such as: an exam was announced in class with less than 3 business days notice; an exam date was moved to a date within fewer than 3 business days; a student was hospitalized or otherwise unable to schedule their exam online.

All other request for exam proctoring appointments including makeup exams, must come directly from the faculty member administering the exam to ensure exam integrity.  See the Faculty Guide for further instructions.
