Summer 2022 Payment Options- Online Graduate Students

Summer Semester 2022 Payment Options:

ALL STUDENTS enrolled in an Online Graduate Program must complete one of these payment options by May 16, 2022 in order to settle their account for the summer 2022 semester.


  1. Financial Aid:
    If financial aid will cover your summer semester tuition balance in full, you must email us at by May 16, 2022, and be sure to include your name and GU ID number in the body of the email. Please do not email us until your billing statement is ready to view on the web.
  2. Payment in Full:
    If you are paying your summer semester balance in full, your payment must reach us by May 16, 2022.

    *Payment online is available through our eCommerce Site Transact Payments (formerly known as CASHNet). Students access Transact Payments by logging into their Zagweb account, selecting the "Student" tile, followed by "Student Accounts" and then "Account Summary". Click on the "Pay Now" button to be connected to the Transact Payments Main Menu and click on "Make a Payment"

    *A 2.75% service fee is added to the payment amount when paying with a credit or debit card. Transact Payments accept eCheck payments without charging a service fee. eCheck payments are made by using your checking/savings account number and your bank's routing number.
  3. Payment Plan:
    If you do not owe a balance from a previous semester, you may split your full summer balance into 3 equal installments due May 10th, June 10th and July 10th.

    Sign up for the Installment Payment Plan (online only through Transact Payments). There is a $50 enrollment fee, which will be required in addition to your first payment for May.

    Enrollment in Transact Payments will open once the summer billing statements are posted in May 2022. Registered students and their authorized payers will receive an email notification once that statement is available to view online.

    Once you are logged into your Transact Payments account, click on the link for "Payment Plans" followed by "View Payment Plan Options" to select the summer 2022 payment plan option. Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. You will also have the ability to schedule automatic payments within Transact Payments if you would like to plan ahead for the June and July installment payments.
