Summer 2020 Payment Options

Summer Semester 2020 Payment Options:

  1. Financial Aid:
    If financial aid will cover your summer semester tuition balance in full, you must email us at by May 18, 2020, and be sure to include your name and GU ID number in the body of the email. Please do not email us until your billing statement is ready to view on the web.
  2. Payment in Full:
    If you are paying your summer semester balance in full, your payment must reach us by May 18, 2020.

    *If you register after May 18, 2020, please contact Teresa Beratto at 509-313-6840 or within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays), of your registration. Please visit our "Billing and Payment" page for information about making your payment online.

    *Payment online is available through Zagweb by clicking on the Student tile, then the Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits and eRefund link, then click on the link to enter CASHNet at the bottom of the following page, and select Make Payment at the top of the next page.

    *A 2.75% service fee is added to the payment amount when paying with a credit or debit card. CASHNet accepts eCheck payments without charging a service fee. eCheck payments are made by using your checking/savings account number and your bank's routing number.
  3. Payment Plan:
    If you do not owe a balance from a previous semester, you may split your full summer balance into 3 equal installments due May 15th, June 15th and July 15th.

    Sign up for the Installment Payment Plan (online only through CASHNet). There is a $50 application fee, which will be required in addition to your first payment for May.

    Enrollment in CASHNet will open once the summer billing statements are posted in May 2020. Registered students and their authorized payers will receive an email notification once that statement is available to view online.

    Once you are logged into your CASHNet account, look for the box labeled "Installment Payment Plans" and choose "Enroll in the Summer 2020 Payment Plan". Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. You will also have the ability to schedule automatic payments within CASHNet if you would like to plan ahead for the June and July installment payments.
