Spring 2022 Payment Options

Spring Semester 2022 Payment Options:

ALL STUDENTS enrolled in an Online Graduate Program must complete one of these payment options by January 3, 2022 in order to settle their account for the spring 2022 semester.


  1. Financial Aid:
    If financial aid will cover your spring semester tuition balance in full, you must email us at
    confirmationreply@gonzaga.edu byJanuary 3, 2022, and be sure to include your name and GU ID number in the body of the email.Please do not email us until your billing statement is ready to view on the web.
  2. Payment in Full:
    If you are paying your spring semester balance in full, your payment must reach us by January 3, 2022.

    *If you register after January 3, 2022, please contact Teresa Beratto at 509-313-6840 or 
    beratto@gonzaga.edu within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays), of your registration. Please visit our "Billing and Paymentpage for information about making your payment online.

    *Payment online is available through our eCommerce Site Transact Payments (formerly known as CASHNet). Students access Transact Payments by logging into their Zagweb account, selecting 
    the "Student" tile, followed by "Student Accounts" and then "Account Summary". Click on the "Pay Now" button to be connected to the Transact Payments Main Menu and click on "Make a Payment"

    *A 2.75% service fee is added to the payment amount when paying with a credit or debit card. Transact Payments accept eCheck payments without charging a service fee. eCheck payments are made by using your checking/savings account number and your bank's routing number.

  3. Deferred Payment:
    If you wish to defer your payment until January 14, 2022, complete the deferral request (option # 3) located on the second page of your spring Statement of Account in Transact Payments. You must complete the request no later than January 3, 2022 and return the signed form using one of these options:

  4. Payment Plan:
    If you do not owe a balance from a previous semester, you may split your full spring semester balance into 4 equal installments due January 3rd, February 10th, March 10th and April 10th.

    Sign up for the Installment Payment Plan (online only through Transact Payments). There is a $50 application fee, which will be required in addition to your first payment for January.

    Enrollment in Transact Payments will open once the spring billing statements are posted in December 2021. Registered students and their authorized payers will receive an email notification once that statement is available to view online.

    Once you are logged into your Transact account, look on the left side of the main menu for"Payment Plans" and choose"View Payment Plan Options". Follow the instructions to complete enrollment. You will also have the ability to schedule automatic payments within Transact if you would like to plan ahead for the February-April installment payments.
