CASHNet Instructions for Students

Students have the option to designate another party to view and pay student bills. This third party (Parents, family members, friends or employers) will need a one-time authorization, issued by the student via the payment website, CASHNet

Billing statements are posted through the CASHNet billing portal. Students access CASHNet through their Zagweb account.

When the statement is posted to CASHNet, you will receive an email to your Zagmail account (@zagmail.gonzaga.edu) which will instruct you to view your statement online. The billing statement is a static PDF document that will not be updated until the next billing cycle. To view real time activity on your account, To view real time activity on your account, select "Activity Details" on the CASHNet Main Menu. 

CASHNet Login Instructions for Students

  1. Students access the following site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu
  2. Select "Enter Secure Area" and use your network user name and password to login
  3. Click on the "Student" tile and then "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund" 
  4. Click on "Enter CASHNet", you will be connected to CASHNet's Main Menu screen

View a Billing Statement on CASHNet

  1. Students access the following site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu 
  2. Select "Enter Secure Area" and use your network user name and password to login
  3. Click on the "Student" tile and then "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund"
  4. Click on "Enter CASHNet", you will be connected to CASHNet's Main Menu screen
  5. Click on "Statements" on the left side of the screen
  6. Click on the "View" link next to first billing statement.
  7. A new window will open with your billing statement.
  8. Please review the statement for your current balance owing.

Make a Payment on CASHNet

(A 2.75% service fee is added to the payment account for credit/debit card payments, there is no fee to pay from your checking/savings account)

  1. Students access the following site: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu
  2. Select "Enter Secure Area" and use your network user name and password to login
  3. Click on the "Student" tile and then "Electronic Billing, Payment, Deposits, and eRefund"
  4. Click on "Enter CASHNet", you will be connected to CASHNet's Main Menu screen
  5. Click "Make a Payment" on the left side of the screen
  6. Select "Balance" if you want to pay the entire account balance and then "Continue" or click on the "X" to clear the full balance amount and then enter the amount you would like to pay followed by the "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Select your Payment Method (New bank account or credit/debit card) and click on "Continue"
  8. Complete your payment information and click on "Continue"
  9. Verify all of your payment information and then click the "Pay" button.
