Manage, Lost or Damaged ZAGCARD

Lost your ZAGCARD?

Freeze it!

It is strongly recommended to freeze your ZAGCARD immediately to stop your card from working on and off campus.  If you haven’t already replaced your card and locate your current card you can unfreeze it.  If you have already replaced your card, then the previously issued card will be deactivated. 

 

A ZAGCARD that has been deactivated cannot be reactivated.

 

Freeze or Unfreeze a ZAGCARD

  • Log into Zagweb

  • Click the Student or Employee tab

  • Expand the ZAGCARD tile

  • Click Freeze/Unfreeze my ZAGCARD

  • Click the button “FREEZE MY ZAGCARD” to freeze your account.

  • Click the button “UNFREEZE MY ZAGCARD” if you find your current card and have not replaced it.

When you are ready to replace your lost ZAGCARD, go to ZAGCARD Replacement Fee to pay the $30.00 fee.  Your previously issued card cannot be reactivated.  If you locate your lost card after replacing it, shred it to avoid accidentally confusing with your new card.

Damaged your ZAGCARD?

If your ZAGCARD does not work because it is scratched, cracked, bent, or dented then the embedded antennae is probably severed or the chip or magstripe has been damaged.  You most likely need to replace your ZAGCARD. 

If you can access some doors and not others then your card is almost certainly functioning normally. You may need to determine if the door access has been assigned to your card.  Check with your professor or supervisor to confirm access has been granted.

When you are ready to replace your damaged ZAGCARD, go to ZAGCARD Replacement Fee to pay the $30.00 fee.

Balances and Transaction History

You can view your current Bulldog Bucks balance, meal plan balance and 60 days’ worth of transaction history in Zagweb. If you feel there is an error or if you have questions concerning your Bulldog Bucks balance visit Campus Card Services located in Student Financial Services, The Crosby Center lower level or send an email to Campus Card Services. If you have questions concerning your meal plan balance visit the Zag Dining office. For assistance in resolving a disputed transaction we must hear from you no later than 60 days from the date the transaction occurred.

  • Click the Student or Employee tab

  • Expand the ZAGCARD tile

  • Click View Bulldog Bucks and Meal Plan balances

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page
