If you cannot locate your ZAGCARD, you can stop your card from working on and off campus. If you haven’t replaced your card and find it you will be able to unfreeze it. Once a card is replaced, a previously issued card cannot be reactivated.
If you freeze your ZAGCARD and have not replaced it, you can unfreeze it.
If your ZAGCARD has been lost or stolen Freeze your card immediately. If you freeze your ZAGCARD after hours, talk to a Zag Dining manager for temporary meal plan access.
If your ZAGCARD is lost or damaged there is a replacement fee of $30.00, once paid visit the Student Accounts Office with proof of payment and a photo ID.
To pay by debit or credit use CASHNet. After making payment bring receipt, either printed or on phone, to the Student Accounts Office to have your replacement ZAGCARD printed.
To pay by cash or check visit the Student Financial Services office located in the lower level of Crosby Center Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm or Wednesday 9:30 - 4:00pm. Once paid, visit the Student Accounts Office to have your replacement ZAGCARD printed.
Balances and Transaction History
You can view your current Bulldog Bucks balance, meal plan balance and 60 days worth of transaction history in Zagweb. If you feel there is an error or if you have questions concerning your Bulldog Bucks balance visit the Student Financial Services office located in the lower level of Crosby Center or send an email to email@example.com. If you have questions concerning your meal plan balance visit the Zag Dining office. For assistance in resolving a disputed transaction we must hear from you no later than 60 days from the date the transaction occurred.
