My research interests are cosmology, gravity, and high energy physics. I have published in these areas as well as in operations research. A recent paper of mine can be found under arxiv: follow this link to download the paper. I am married with three children, the youngest of which is now entering college. Outside interests include history, classical music, German (lived and studied in Germany for many years), documentaries, and investing. My teaching philosophy is simple: Do your work and try to have some fun.
