Dan McCann came to Gonzaga in 1992 from UC Davis where he received his PhD in Physiology. Dan teaches courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Environmental Physiology, Research in Physiology, and occasionally other Advanced Topics courses such as Pathophysiology and Translational Physiology. His research interests include the metabolic response to exercise, thermoregulation, and the application of dimensional analysis and similitude theory to the study of rest and exercise energetics.
