Sam Matthews is an Assistant Professor of Management at Gonzaga University. He is passionate about improving workplace conditions, increasing global awareness, and developing non-traditional leaders. Sam’s academic research primarily focuses on positive leadership behaviors and improving job design in the workplace. His research has been published by the Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, The Leadership Quarterly, Group & Organization Management, and Journal of Applied Social Psychology. Prior to pursuing an Ph.D., Sam worked for Deloitte as an auditor and was a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Utah.
