Jennifer A. Gellner is the Director of the Federal Tax Clinic (an LITC) and Assistant Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law, and she has a private practice in Spokane and Seattle in Washington State: Law Offices of Jennifer A. Gellner, LL.M., PLLC. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2000), and from the University of Washington School of Law LL.M. Program in Taxation (LL.M., Taxation, cum laude, 2001). She was admitted to practice in the Washington State Bar in 2000, and has been practicing since 2000 in Federal and State Tax Controversies and Employment Tax Matters. She is a member of the following bar associations: Federal Bar Association; American Bar Association; Washington State Bar Association; and Spokane County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the United States Tax Court, the Eastern District Court of Washington and the Western District Court of Washington.

She has managed several trial calendars in the United States Tax Court, and has participated in more than twenty trials. She has successfully settled numerous cases by negotiating excellent settlement terms, which saved her clients substantial sums of money. Additionally, Jennifer A. Gellner is a Past President and is currently serving as the Newsletter Editor for the Washington State Bar Taxation Section.
