Dr. Elloy’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management, international management, organization development and small business consulting. He has consulted in the areas of performance appraisal, management development and organizational diagnosis. He was involved in a long-term assignment with the United Nations Development Program/ International Labor Organization to develop and implement a Management Skills Development Program for senior-level executives of the government of Nepal and Nepalese public enterprises. He was also involved in another project with the International Labor Organization to implement a human resource development plan for the UVA Regional Government of Sri Lanka. He has previously taught at the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia, Perth, and has been a Visiting Professor at Javeriana University, Bogota, Massey University, New Zealand, the International MBA Program at the Peking University, Beijing, IQS School of Management, Barcelona, and a Visiting Scholar and Visiting Professor at Chang Gung University, Taipei.
