Spring 2018 Final Exams – IMPORTANT SCHEDULING DEADLINES
The Academic Testing Center will finalize all appointments for end of term exams on 4/27/18. The last day to schedule a test and make any scheduling changes, for the spring 2018 semester, is 5:00 PM, Friday, April 27, 2018. Other than cancellations, no appointment changes or additions will be made to the ATC schedule after this deadline.

The Academic Testing Center is reserved for students with approved disability accommodations.
Due to the large number of exams administered during Finals Week, deadlines and policies will be strictly enforced. It is important to note that final exam start times are set and students are seated in waves. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU DISCUSS THESE SCHEDULING LIMITATIONS WITH YOUR INSTRUCTORS IN ADVANCE OF FINALS WEEK.
During Finals Week, exams are scheduled exclusively to start at these prescribed times:
Tuesday May 8th: 8 AM, 9 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM, or 6 PM
Wednesday May 9th: 8 AM, 9 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM, or 6 PM
Thursday May 10th: 8 AM, 9 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM or 6 PM
Friday May 11th: 8 AM, 9 AM, 1 PM or 2 PM
***IMPORTANT*** If you have an accommodation for double time, you will need to start your final exams at 8 AM, 1 PM, or 6 PM.

Welcome to the Academic Testing Center
The Academic Testing Center provides proctoring services to faculty that are unable to administer disability related exam accommodations in their classroom or department. Current students and faculty can learn about services offered and how to schedule exams by logging into MyGU or by contacting (509) 313-5535.
- The ATC has security cameras recording the Testing Area and a trained proctor actively monitors the cameras during all testing hours.
3 business days advanced notice is needed to schedule a proctor. Current students with active disability accommodations can schedule exams through the online test scheduler.
The Academic Testing Center observes all University holidays and closures.
After hours and weekends the Academic Testing Center is open and a great place to study!
Hours of operation (All exams are scheduled in advance - drop in services are unavailable)
Academic year (Fall and Spring): Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Finals week: Monday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday - 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
