The primary purpose of our housing is to provide housing accommodations for the participants in our program. All of our residences are two blocks from Gonzaga University's campus.
We also accept other students as residents on a "space available" basis. Ministry Institute housing can be a good option for students looking for affordable housing near campus during the summer.
The Ministry Institute consists of our main facility, five guest houses, and an apartment complex. The main Ministry Institute building houses men (some of whom are discerning a vocation, others who are ordained and are here on sabbatical), Gonzaga students, and Spokane religious community members. This building also includes a conference room, a library, and a chapel for your use.
Villa Maria houses women. Four additional houses, Neville Manor, Mele Hall, Daigle House, and Fuch's Cottage comfortably hold varying numbers of people, depending on the house. All of the houses have air conditioning.
All facilities (with the exception of the apartments) have private, fully-furnished bedrooms, community bathrooms, communal kitchen areas with a dining area, and communal living rooms. Each building has free laundry facilities as well as phone and internet access. Weekly cleaning of common areas is provided by our housekeeping staff.
- Arrangements can be made for housing for married couples.
- Handicapped accessible rooms are available upon request.
- All facilities are nonsmoking and pet free.
