Pre-Law is not a major.  Rather, it is a course of study designed to help students prepare for law school. Students planning to attend law school can major in anything and will have the opportunity to consult with a Pre-Law advisor in the fall during New Student Orientation (details about this meeting will be provided when you arrive to campus in your New Student Orientation packet).

Students interested in Pre-Law studies do not have any required courses in their first semester, but may be placed in POLS 101 American Politics.

For program information and course descriptions, please visit the on-line Undergraduate Catalogue. You will follow the 2015-16 Undergraduate Catalogue.  This catalogue is currently under construction but should be posted sometime this summer.  In the meantime, please refer to the 2014-15 Undergraduate Catalogue, as much of the information is the same.
