Upon scheduling a date, you will receive a Usage Agreement and Contract Addendum via email from a Bozarth Event Coordinator. Within 10 business days of receipt of your contract, the signed original copy and the addendum must be returned to the Bozarth Event Coordinator, and the required deposit, 50% of the rental fee (applied to balance), must be paid to the Business Manager to secure/confirm your date. If the Usage Agreement, Contract Addendum, and deposit are not received by the 10th business day, the reservation will be cancelled.
The required deposit, 50% of the rental fee, is required to secure the reservation. If the booking-party cancels the event after the usage agreement is signed, this deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Cancellations must be in writing.
At least 90 days prior to the event, you will need to submit:
- A certificate affirming that the user has bodily injury and property damage liability insurance coverage naming Gonzaga University as additional insured with limits of at least $1,000,000 to cover all obligations of the user.
- Prepayment equal to the total estimated charges.
Failure to submit proof of sufficient liability insurance coverage or a prepayment of the event will result in the cancellation of the event and forfeiture of the deposit.
