Theme HousingGonzaga University

The University owns and maintains some houses in the local neighborhood surrounding campus. There used to be 10 more houses than we currently have. Due to construction of new residence hall facilities, we are down to only a few. These are administered on a year to year basis. If a single resident is planning on returning for the next year, she/he can bring in some friends to continue the theme. If, by chance, a house will be totally vacated at the end of a particular year, it will either be allowed to be available on a first come, first served basis, or a competition may occur when multiple small groups of students express the same interest in continuing the theme. Students who become interested in possibilities should see Jane Archer in the Dept. of Campus Services to express their interest.
