Transfer, Veteran, and Returning Adult Services
My name is Jaime Hollis and I would personally like to welcome you to Gonzaga University and invite you to attend New Student Orientation. I serve as the Director for Student Special Populations at Gonzaga University.
As a former returning adult student, I understand transfer, veteran, and returning adult students face unique challenges when returning to college. Returning adult students are usually over the age of 24 and have gained life experience not typically found in the “traditional” 18-22 year old student population. MFost adult students are returning to school after an extended break from their educational journey and are often working full or part-time jobs; many are also parents or transitioning from military service to civilian life.
The Transfer, Veteran, and Returning Adult Services Office is here to help ensure you have a successful experience at Gonzaga. We work to connect you with all the available support services and resources that best meet your needs. We also serve as a place for you to connect with other transfer, veteran, and returning adult students at Gonzaga.
Please feel free to stop by my office located in College Hall – 1912 Room. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. You can also reach me anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (509) 313-5606. I look forward to seeing you on campus!
