Angie Estudillo - Mentoring Program Assistant Angie is the Program Assistant to the after school SMILE program. She got her undergraduate in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. She is currently attending Gonzaga and is in the Counselor Education Masters Program, with a focus on School Counseling. While serving in her undergrad she did some volunteer work with children, and did an internship with Crosswalk during her last school year as an undergraduate. Angie is a new staff to CCASL, and took over the program just at the beginning of the school year. She enjoys rock climbing, doing homework, being involved in the community, and spending time with her fianceée, and is excited to be getting married next summer! Bailley Wootton - Mentoring Programs Coordinator Bailley manages the mentoring programs at CCASL. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and her master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. Bailley came to CCASL in September 2011 after working for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. She is originally from Spokane and is excited to be back in the Northwest! Chris Wheatley - Associate Director Chris joined the CCASL staff in January of 2013 as the Associate Director. Prior to CCASL, he served as the Assistant Manager of Student Publications at Gonzaga for over five years. Chris manages the academic service learning area of CCASL. His professional interests include servant leadership, organizational development and intercultural communication. He graduated from Gonzaga with his BA in 2007 and his MA in 2010. Emily Paulson - Campus Kitchen Coordinator Emily is the coordinator for the Campus Kitchen at Gonzaga University. The Campus Kitchens Project utilizes food recovered from on-campus dining facilities to strengthen bodies, empower the minds of student volunteers, and build communities. Ingrid Hannan - Campus Kitchens Community Coordinator Ingrid graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in Environmental Science and Spanish. Jeb Berg - Coordinator of Student Engagement Jeb manages student-led co-curricular service-learning programs at CCASL. He joined CCASL in August 2010, returning to his alma mater after managing special event sales for the University of Utah and serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer at the House of Charity. After serving CCASL for the last two years as Program Assistant, he was promoted to his current position in June of 2012. Luisa Gallagher - Service Immersions Coordinator Luisa is the Service Immersions Coordinator, overseeing immersion trips such as Mission: Possible, Justice in January, and Reality Camp. Luisa is originally from Wollongong, Australia and is a Graduate of Wheaton College with her BA in Communication and her MA in Educational Ministry. She began working at Gonzaga in the fall of 2011 after spending four years in Residence Life. She is currently working on her Doctorate degree in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University. Mark Ward - Mentoring Programs Assistant Mark is the Program Assistant for Campus Kids and Zag Study Buddies. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and is currently in the Masters of Organizational Leadership program at Gonzaga University. Mark has spent much of his professional life working with children in various before and after school programs through the YMCA of the Inland Northwest and The Boys and Girls Club of America. Mary Kelly - Secretary Mary enjoys working with the dynamic and committed staff and students at CCASL. She joined the team in August 2010 and is happy to be back on campus working with the students of her alma mater. After Graduating with a BA in Speech Communications, Mary spent 2 ½ years in Niger serving as an Environmental Protection Volunteer with the Peace Corps. If you are considering post graduate service with Peace Corps, she invites you to stop by the office and talk. It was an amazing experience which she is happy to share. Mary is currently working on her Master’s degree Organizational Leadership. She likes gardening, sports, and time in the great outdoors with her husband and their 4 energetic boys. Phoebe Oosterhuis - Program Assistant III Phoebe joined CCASL as the Program Assistant in July of 2012 and she is thrilled to be a part of this organization. Originally from Minneapolis, she moved to Spokane in 2010 when her husband accepted a professorship at Gonzaga. Although she misses her family and friends (but not the mosquitos or humidity) in the Midwest, she has loved the opportunity to join the theater community in Spokane. She has appeared in several productions in the area. Phoebe has a BA from the College of St Benedict in St. Joseph, MN and she plans to start the Masters in Organizational Leadership in the spring of 2013. Tamera Pumphrey - Grant Accounting Assistant Tamera is currently a senior at Gonzaga University majoring in Accounting and Human Resources with a minor in dance. Tamera is very involved in the academic dance program and the Boundless dance club on campus, while also serving as a coach at the North Central High School. A Spokane native, Tamera is proud to have provided accounting expertise to the West Central Community Center during summer of 2012. Todd Dunfield - Director Todd has been committed to working in Jesuit Higher Education for over a decade and has specialized in the areas of residence life and civic engagement. He returned to his alma mater in June of 2004, where in June of 2012 he was promoted to director. During the past eight years Todd has overseen the development and implementation of CCASL's programs and activities. Todd earned his master's degree in student affairs from Seattle University and graduated in the 2011 class of Leadership Spokane. He is an avid bicycle commuter and serves the hikers of Washington State by being on the board directors at the Washington Trails Association. The past few years he has also served as a committee member on the Advisory Council for Sustainability and Stewardship at Gonzaga University. William Cooney - GUSR Program Assistant Will assists in running the Gonzaga University Specialized Recreation Program. He received his BA in History with a Minor in Communication from Hillsdale College in 2011 and is currently pursuing his MA in Communication and Leadership Syudies at Gonzaga University. Will joined CCASL in October of 2012 after working as an Adjunct Lecturer of Communication and Assistant Director of Forensics at Central Wyoming College. Zachary Reuter - Middle School Program Assistant Zach runs the middle school mentoring programs, including Earthboud, Connections, Eye to Eye, and GAME at CCASL. He recently graduated with a B.A in Psychology. He was involved with Campus Kids, GAME, and SMILE as an undergraduate and is now excited to help oversee some of those same programs that had such an impact on his college experience.. Zach is also an amateur film critic, hip-hop music connoisseur, and avid (amateur) basketball player.
