PARKING CITATIONS AND FINES

If you receive a parking citation, carefully read the instructions printed on the back. As an incentive to pay fines promptly, a reduced fine schedule is in effect for 7 calendar days after the date of issuance. The reduced fine is noted in the second column of the citation.  The regular, full fine takes effect on the 8th calendar day after issuance.  Students may pay their citations at Student Accounts (AD 024). Unpaid citations will be charged against the student’s account. Staff, faculty and administration members may pay citations at the Controller’s office (AD 110).  Parking fines that cannot be collected through payroll deduction will be sent to an outside collection agency when they become past due. An additional violation may be assessed for multiple or recurrent violations of the same type of infraction.
