How to Submit

Literary submissions of poetry, prose, play and essay writing, and free form pieces can be emailed to reflection@gonzaga.edu. Please have them in .doc or .docx format on a plain white page. We will format font and color.

Musical submissions are open to vocal and instrumental arrangements of any genre and any size ensemble. Electronic music is also considered. Pieces are not limited by any time restraint. should be recorded by the artist and written onto a CD, which should be handed in to the Student Publications Office in CG 433. Submitters can contact reflection@gonzaga.edu for the help of our staff to create an appropriate recording if they are not confident in their own abilities.

Visual arts submissions of all media are welcome: painting, drawing, print, photography, digital art, ceramic, sculpture, etc. For all works other than photography and digital art, Please email reflection@gonzaga.edu to arrange for a meeting with our staff photographer to reproduce your original piece. Photography and digital works that can be submitted electronically are asked to be submitted to our email address.

There is no limit to how many pieces can be submitted.

Submissions must be in for the fall deadline Nov. 19, 2010.
