Lofts, beds and all that nice stuff!
Many students find that they can maximize the floor space in their rooms when they build lofts which incorporate beds. We encourage students to wait until they arrive and meet their roommates before they build a loft. There is a rental company in downtown called Rent X that will rent tools as needed. We highly discourage you purchasing and bringing a bunk bed. We do not store your room furniture for you at any time and you must keep it in your room. Most of our beds are bunkable already and you will need to keep them or incorporate them in a custom built loft. Every student who wishes to build a loft needs to review our loft policy and then fill out and sign the agreement. For taller folks, upon request, and with notice, we can provide an extra long University issue bed.
