Paula Smith, Director of Student Conduct

As the Director of Student Conduct, Paula is responsible for overall administration of the student conduct process. She joined the Gonzaga University family in Fall of 2013. Prior to Gonzaga, Paula worked at the University of Notre Dame and has several years of experience in student conduct and residence life. She has also worked in alumni relations and coordinated outdoor adventure and team training programs. Paula really appreciates the spirit of service and focus on excellence she sees among Gonzaga's amazing students. In her spare time, she likes to spend time cooking, listening to bluegrass music, or finding a nearby geocache.


Jae Webb, Assistant Director of Student Conduct

As the Assistant Director of Student Conduct, Jae is responsible for the administration of conduct processes, development of the Student Handbook, Student Code of Conduct, and other efforts to support Gonzaga's community standards and expectations.  He has been working in student conduct for over a decade.  He came to the Gonzaga community in the Summer of 2011 and before that spent seven years working in residence life at multiple other institutions.  He loves the strength of community and the spirit of social justice that he sees in the student body here at Gonzaga.


Lisa Corigliano, Administrative Secretary

As the Administrative Secretary, Lisa is responsible for the data entry of student conduct information and correspondence regarding conduct incidents.  She serves as the primary point of administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, concerning complex and confidential issues.  Prior to joining the Gonzaga community in 2007, she worked for 20 years in the legal profession.  She enjoys gardening, yoga and spending time with her family.
