OFFICE HOURS AND LOCATION

The Dean of Student Services Office is located at: 729 E. Desmet

The Dean of Student Services Office is open:

Monday - Friday
8 a.m. to Noon, 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Except for Holidays

The following offices report to or are advised by the Dean: Housing & Residence Life, Campus Services, Crosby Student Center, Student Activities, and GSBA. The Dean is also the liaison to Sodexho Dining and Food Services.

Dr. Hellwig-Olson is the co-coordinator of the Sexual Assault Response Team, (SART) along with Victoria Loveland and the Trauma Response: University Support Team, (TRUST) in collaboration with Dr. Stephen Koffman.

The Dean of Student Services is responsible for guidance and resolution involving student conflicts and disciplinary matters.

In addition, the Dean of Student Services House is a place where both undergraduate and graduate non-traditional students can relax, study, meet with friends, have lunch, enjoy a cup of coffee, or just sit back and listen to some soft music as they wait for the next class. The house offers a study area, a computer, a microwave oven, and use of the kitchen. The staff of the house strives to make students feel very welcome and at home.
