Non-Degree Seeking Student Registration for Undergraduates
Welcome to Gonzaga University!
Gonzaga offers many opportunities for non-degree students -- students who have not been formally admitted into the university. Many of these students take courses in order to sample what Gonzaga has to offer and strengthen their skills before applying for admission to a degree or certificate program. Others enroll because individual courses can help them advance in their current careers or prepare for new careers, or simply because they seek the personal growth and enrichment that university study can give them.

How and Where to Register
There are two ways to register:
1) Non-Degree Online registration for the Fall 2013 semester begins August 12th, 2013.
If you are a NEW non-degree student or INACTIVE non-degree student, please fill out our Non-Degree Undergraduate Registration Form for the upcoming semester (Fall or Spring) located on the left-hand side of this page.
After submitting the Fall/Spring Activation form, you will receive a confirmation email from the Registrar's Office which will include your student ID number and instructions on how to register for classes. Registration for the Fall 2013 semester is open until September 11th, 2013.
2) Walk-In Registration
If you wish to register in person, please visit the Registrar's Office in College Hall, Room 229. The staff will give you detailed information about registration, courses, and class locations, as well as provide to you the appropriate forms for registration purposes. (Please also see Payment Arrangement Information for Non-Degree Students).
As the Payment/Arrangement deadline for Fall 2013 is due upon registration, you should contact the Student Accounts office on the day you register for instructions on how to settle your account. Otherwise, on the following day, you will receive an email notification that a bill is ready to view. You will need to log in to Zagweb, then follow the links to CASHNet to view your bill.
