Here are some helpful answers to common questions about the training website.


1 . How do I log into the training site?^

Log into the training site on the main page at www.gonzaga.edu/gutraining.   Use your standard Gonzaga Login and Password information.

2 . How do I register for classes?^

First, log in to the training site, then go to the "Course Calendar" on the top menu bar.  Select a course and chose "enroll".  A confirmation email will be sent to you to let you know you have registered for a class.

3 . How do I cancel a class?^

To cancel a class, log into the training site and click on "my course" on the top menu bar and then "cancel"

4 . I am logged in but I cannot see the Software classes?^

Make sure you have selected "Software" from the drop down "Training Type" box in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

5 . I am logged in but I cannot see the HR or Safety classes?^

Make sure you have selected "Human Resources" from the drop down "Training Type" box in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

6 . I am not sure what a particular course is --How do I see a description of the course?^

Choose "course list" from the main menu at the top to view course descriptions

7 . Are there any course files or tutorials I can read before the class?^

Many classes do have course documentation/tutorials available for download from the training website in Word or PDF format..  You will find them under"Course Sign-Up" or click on any course and it will take you to the "Course Sign-Up" page.  The course materials are located on the same page under "Course Files".

8 . What do I do if I don't find the course I'm looking for?^

Contact us!  If you don't see a particular course that you're looking for, contact one of the training staff.  We will be happen to schedule a time to meet with you to help you with your training needs.

9 . Do you offer Microsoft Office Training?^

Currently, our training for Microsoft Office 2010 is available only through our online Atomic Learning online, on-demand video training.
