To the Student

Students are on Academic Probation when their term and/or cumulative GPA falls below a 2.0. Furthermore, to be in Good Academic Standing with the University, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 as determined at the end of each semester, beginning with the completion of the student's second regular (non-summer) term at Gonzaga University. If the semester or cumulative grade point average falls below a 2.0, a notation of "Unsatisfactory Progress" will appear on grade reports and transcripts. The Academic Success Plan you are about to complete will provide you with an opportunity for reflection on your academic history, with a focus on your success stories, and how to apply them moving forward in the academic goals you will set for yourself. We invite you to use the many resources Gonzaga has to offer to assist you on your journey.
