These sessions cover the legal and procedural aspects of managing today's workforce and how to apply this knowledge effectively within Gonzaga's unique mission and work environment.  The MDP helps minimize liability for you and the University by providing you with a complete understanding of your roles and responsibilities as a manager and therefore as an "agent" of the university.

MDP sessions are usually offered once in the Spring and once in the Fall.  If you do not see an available course to register when clicking on the link below, please check back occasionally as the new sessions will be added periodically.
