Attendance
For successful operations, the University depends on all employees to report to work regularly and on time. Individual departments have established guidelines for acceptable levels of absence and notification procedures according to department needs. Failure to report to work, unexcused absences from assigned work area, chronic or excessive absences, tardiness, and excessive rest breaks are unacceptable. Failure to conform with these requirements may result in Counseling and/or Corrective Action as appropriate.
