IRB Forms
In order to submit a proposal to the IRB you must fill out (1) the appropriate cover sheet and (2) the full application. Submit these documents to Dr. Deborah Booth, boothd@gonzaga.edu, AD Box 25. (Electronic submissions are encouraged). The IRB will meet during Academic Year 2011-2012 on September 26, October 24, November 28, December 19, January 23, February 27, March 26, and April 23. A May meeting is to be announced. Meetings will be held from 9:00-10:00am in Rosauer Room 260. Applications received two weeks in advance will be reviewed.
