Welcome to the Gonzaga University Student Accounts Office

Our office is responsible for the preparation and distribution of billing statements for tuition, fees, room, board and other related fees. We process payments, set up payment plans, disburse financial aid and issue refunds. Effective communication with students and their families is an important part of the Student Accounts mission: “We are dedicated to helping students and families in the pursuit of their educational goals by providing financial information and resources in a professional and individualized manner.”

Important Dates & Deadlines

May 21, 2012 - Summer Financial Aid Recipients:  If your financial aid will cover ALL of your charges, click here to Settle Your Account no later than May 21, 2012.
May 21, 2012 - Last day to settle your account for 2012 Summer I & Full Summer Sessions
July 2, 2012 - Last day to settle your account for 2012 Summer Session II
June 1, 2012 - 10-Month Payment Plan Application deadline
June 4, 2012 - Last day to settle your account for Doctoral 2012 Summer Sessions
August 1, 2012 - 8-Month Payment Plan Application deadline
August 3, 2012 - Payment in Full deadline for Fall 2012 semester
