Summer Aid

Summer financial aid application available now!

Financial assistance available during the Summer 2012 term is limited to:

• Federal Direct Stafford Loans 
• Federal Direct Parent or Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans
• Federal Work Study* or State Work Study
• Federal Pell Grants (students who attended only one term or attended less than full time in the fall or spring.)

*State and Federal Work Study are only available to undergraduate students. Work study funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Gonzaga scholarships and grants are not available during the summer term. 

Eligibility

Before applying, students will need to finalize their summer enrollment. Summer aid is calculated based on the precise number of credits. Therefore, once a student has applied for summer aid, they must report any changes in enrollment to the Financial Aid Office at finaid@gonzaga.edu. Failure to do so could cause delays in aid disbursement.

The 2011-2012 and the 2012-2013 FAFSAs are required to be submitted to be considered for summer financial aid. The FAFSA is available at www.FAFSA.ed.gov.
