Fall 2009 A Session: September 1 - October 24

Friday, September 11             

Last day to Drop a Course without penalty in order to receive a 100% refund (students must be enrolled in at least one other course for that semester).

Saturday, September 12

Begin Late Drop appeal period with $50 per course fee assessed and no tuition adjustment.

Friday, October 9 

Last day to submit a Course Withdraw (still enrolled in other courses).

Saturday, October 10

Begin Late Course Withdraw appeal period with $50 per course fee assessed with no tuition adjustment.

Fall 2009 B Session: October 25 - December 17

Sunday, November 1

Last day to Drop a Course without penalty in order to receive a 100% refund (students must be enrolled in at least one other course for that semester).

Monday, November 2

Begin Late Drop appeal period with $50 per course fee assessed and no tuition adjustment.

Friday, December 4

Last day to submit a Course Withdraw (still enrolled in other courses).

Saturday, December 5

Begin Late Course Withdraw appeal period with $50 per course fee assessed with no tuition adjustment.

Before Friday, September 11:  100% Tuition Refund
Note: Application of the following reimbursements is for students no longer enrolled for courses in either A or B sessions.
Saturday, September 12 - Friday, Septmber 18:  80% Tuition Refund
Saturday, September 19 - Friday, September 25:  65% Tuition Refund
Saturday, September 26 - Friday, October 2:  50% Tuition Refund
Saturday, October 3 - Friday, October 9:  40% Tuition Refund
Beginning Saturday, October 10:  No Tuition Refund

 Fall 2009 B Session
Before Sunday, November 1:  100% Tuition Refund
Note: Application of the following reimbursements is for students no longer enrolled for courses in either A or B sessions.
Monday, November 2 - Sunday, November 8:  80% Tuition Refund
Monday, November 9 - Sunday, November 15:  65% Tuition Refund
Monday, November 16 - Sunday, November 22:  50% Tuition Refund
Monday, November 23 - Sunday, November 29:  40% Tuition Refund
Beginning Monday, November 30:  No Tuition Refund
The percentage indicated within each range refers to the allowable tuition adjustment for that period of time. (A student may still have a balance owing the University.) Loan funds will be refunded to the lender according to government regulations.
