Surplus

Mission                                                                                                               

We strive to recycle excess surplus property by making it available to University departments whenever possible.  After a resonable time, surplus property not used by other departments is offered for sale.  The first purchase opportunity will be given to University faculty, staff and students and is closed to the public.  If we do not receive bids on an item after two weeks, the item is offered to the general public.  All items are offered through a closed bid process.


Location/Surplus Process                                                                            

The surplus area is located in the Gonzaga University warehouse at 128 E Sinto.  There are multiple items available for employee use such as bookcases, tables, computer desks, secretarial L desks, chairs and file cabinets.  If you are interested in an item, please write your name on the slip of paper attached to the item and contact Customer Service (509-313-5656) and they will put in a work order to have the item(s) delivered.  You may also contact Lorrie Engle (509-313-5672) if you have any questions.

Available Items                                                                                             

The systems pictured below are currently available.  They are large and complete desk systems averaging over 90" long and are L or U shaped.  If you are interested in one of these or something similar, please contact Lorrie Engle in Purchasing for details and additional photos.
