Summer 2015

Summer Session 1

CHOOSE YOUR OWN SUMMER ADVENTURE WITH TRXCAMP AND XBIKING

Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, May 27th - June 24th

Time: 12:00-1:00pm Where: TRXCamp-RFC Court 3, XBiking-RFC Small Fitness Studio

Description: If you have time for just 30 minutes during your lunch hour you have just the right amount of time to hop into one of our XBiking OR TRXCamp classes. If you have 50-60 minutes to spare then you can choose to spend your entire time with one or BOTH of our instructors by choosing 2-30 minute sessions of XBiking or TRXCamp OR you can choose one 30 minute session of each class! You definitely can arrive late as well as leave early to accommodate your work and class schedules.

TRXCamp with Kerri: An intense blend of TRX Suspension training, rip training, and ZAGCamp in ONE CLASS! All levels are welcome as you can vary your intensity with every exercise.

XBiking with Jose: XBiking at its finest! Climb hills, peddle through winding streets and sprint to the finish in this varying intensity class for all levels.

GENTLE YOGA with Amber

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 18th – June 25th Time: 12:05-12:55pm

Where: RFC-Large Fitness Studio

Description: Stretch, strengthen and relax the body in this nurturing practice. Gentle and deliberate movement, guided relaxation, and supported poses combine to increase flexibility, balance, centeredness and well-being. For any level that desires a healing class. This style is ideal on high-stress or lower-energy days.

Summer Session 2

Registration begins: Monday, June 22nd Yoga classes begin: Tuesday, July 7th

Registration closes: Friday, July 24th

Classes End: Friday, August 14th

GENTLE YOGA with Amber

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 6th – August 13th Time: 12:05-12:55pm

Where: RFC-Large Fitness Studio

Registration will be done online using IMLeagues (imleagues.com). Please register for and confirm your IMLeagues account THEN sign in and “sign up” for your classes. Once that has been completed you may follow the cashnet link emailed to you upon confirmation of fitness class registration to purchase your class. Rudolf Fitness Center membership is required to participate. Please see membership page for more information.
