- The only exception to this policy is in the basketball league. Men playing in the Men's A or Men's B league may also participate in the combined Men's A/B league and one coed league to make the exception three teams for these individuals. Men's C and Men's D players are not eligible to participate in the combined Men's A/B league.
- In all league sports, teams must have a minimum of one less player than the number listed to participate without the game being a forfeit. -
- Participants will be required to show GU identification for every contest. If playing in the RFC field house you will be required to scan your GU ID card to enter the facility and then show it again at the Intramural check-in table. No other forms of identification will be accepted.
- Participants using another student's ID card will be removed immediately from the contest and that contest will be forfeited.
- Identification Cards (Student Handbook): Students are required to carry the card at all times and present it when requested by any University official. The alteration or misuse of a student identification card is prohibited. This includes possessing, presenting or using another person's card or card number. Students must surrender their identification card to a University official upon request.
