All Captain's Quizzes are now on IM Leagues and are a requirement for all sports except the Fall Triathlon Challenge, Swim Meet, Spring Triathlon Challenge, Bench Press, March Madness Events, and Home Run Derby.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Release and Code of Ethics

Each person participating in an intramural sport/activity must read and check the box accepting liability on IM Leagues for the Assumption of Risk and Liability Release/Code of Ethics portion of the Registration process. Prior to each game, every participant must also initial on the ID check in sheet accepting liability.
