Pre-Season Basketball Classic

NEW BRACKET FORMAT!!!:

Teams will have the option to register for either the A/B Bracket or the C/D Bracket.  The A/B Bracket is for teams that plan to play in either the A or B leagues during regular IM basketball season.  The C/D Bracket is for teams that plan to play in either the C or D leagues during regular IM basketball season. (Note: IM directors reserve the right to place teams in a bracket they did not register for).

 This tournament is used as a part of the Intramural official's training program.  Teams will be held to a high standard of sportsmanship and will be required to respect and support the officials as they officiate thier first games of the year.

Registration Deadline: Monday, November 29th at Noon through Sunday, December 5th at Noon using CashNet.  (See Below for Registration Instructions)

Sport Fee: $25.00 per team
 
Event: The Pre-Season Basketball Classic is an open tournament held on Friday, December 10th through Sunday, December 12th.

HOW TO REGISTER:  
Print this: Team Liability Release Form
 You and your teammates must fill this out. Then, use the information to register online.  The form must be submitted to the IM Office prior to deadline above.

Complete this After you complete your registration: Coaches Compliance test You must first register your team before the Coaches Compliance Test will be available. The Coaches Compliance test is located on Blackboard and must be completed before your team will be accepted and scheduled. Captains must score at least 80% on the exam, which is taken directly from the rules. If the Captain's score is below 80% then their team will not allowed to participate. The test will be available only from Monday, November 29th at 12pm until Wednesday, December 1st at 11:59pm. (Law School Students who are first time Blackboard users must contact the IT Support Center at 313-5550 to have them reset your password to login.)
