The Gonzaga MAcc program is ranked #14 in the most recent Public Accounting Report in the small school rankings.
Gonzaga University's Master of Accountancy (MAcc) program prepares students for the rapidly changing accounting environment and the dynamic nature of the accounting profession. The accounting program received separate AACSB accreditation in 2009, and is one of only 170 universities in the United States to have achieved this distinction.
Statistics published annually by the NASBA reveal that Gonzaga MAcc students consistently perform significantly above the national average on all sections of the Uniform CPA examination. Gonzaga students regularly rank in the top ten passage rates for Washington State. Additionally, Gonzaga's MAcc program currently has a 95% job placement rate within 3-6 months of graduation due to the strong relationships our faculty maintain with employers, as well as the excellent on-campus recruiting program.
The MAcc program is a 31-credit degree comprised of eleven core credits and twenty elective credits. Students may select either the Financial Accounting & Reporting Concentration or the Taxation Concentration.
