C.L.A.S.S. SUMMIT
The Leadership Studies Student Research Symposium recognizes that there are many other leadership events happening on campus the same week or weekend as ours. One of these events is the C.L.A.S.S. summit, which our very own Dr. Josh Armstrong will be presenting at. If you are interested in attending this summit, please read on down below for more info.
Gonzaga’s Act Six scholars will host an inaugural C.L.A.S.S summit, on Saturday, March 23, 2013. C.L.A.S.S. stands for Cultural awareness, Leadership, Activism, Social justice, and Service. This will be a half-day (9 a.m.-1 p.m.) event in the Jepson Center and the Globe Room-Cataldo, with the following mission and purpose. The overall goal of C.L.A.S.S. is to educate participants on diversity and multiculturalism and empower you to be agents of social change in an increasingly diverse and global community. We are looking for 100 students to participate in our summit. Please for UMEC and Act Six, let students know about this wonderful leadership development opportunity. Students need to RSVP to join in on our summit and they can sign-up right now. They also can choose two workshops and lunch will be provided. To RSVP, click here.
