1 . I have recently been sent an email asking for my password. Is this something I should respond to?^

Zagmail has been the target of spammers recently, who have been obtaining student e-mail accounts through the use of phishing scams.
Do not share your password with anyone.

Gonzaga Employees will never ask for your password.

2 . Can I complete my graduate degree through internet courses?^

Courses leading to the Master of Arts degrees will be available online, except for one course in the Leadership degree and one course in the communication degree, which are conveniently offered twice every semester during three-day residency experiences on Gonzaga's historic Spokane campus.

To successfully complete your Master of Science in Nursing through Gonzaga University's online format there is a requirement to come to campus a maximum of one time over the course of the entire program. For more details on this requirement, please call 866-295-3105 to speak with an Admissions Advisor.

Online courses are offered on a unique eight-week class schedule, as opposed to the campus 15-week class schedule.

3 . How many students are typically in and online course?^

Typically 20 students are in a course and the class is split into two discussion groups of 10 each. We keep our classes small to allow more one-on-one time with individual students.

4 . How do I find my grades?^

This is a frequently asked question at the end of each session.  Final grades are submitted usually one week after the session closes.  Final grades are available on Zagweb. Grades are also provided to faculty advisors. To use Zagweb for grade inquiry follow the link of: https://zagweb.gonzaga.edu/

The Grade Inquiry feature permits access to grades, grade changes, semester GPA, and cumulative GPA. Grades are usually available seven days after all final exams end and remain available until just prior to the next final exam period. Grades not submitted by faculty will be recorded as RDs until the actual grades are turned in by the instructor.  Grade changes will be available once they have been received by the Dean’s Office and processed by the Registrar’s Office.  Grades are never given to a student over the phone. A student can request a transcript from the Registrar's Office either in person, on-line or in writing. If you need a transcript, visit the Registrar's website.   If you have specific questions about grading policies and procedures, you will find them at the registrars site as well.
