Karen facilitates the employer recruitment process, administers the employers segment of ZagTrax for on-campus interviews, job postings, employers days on-campus, information sessions and information tables. She coordinates and publishes the employer newsletter.
Cassandra Marrs

Cassandra is responsible for coordinating with Symplicity Corporation, Student Life division and Career Center staff to analyze technology plans and implement web and software applications. She is the administer for the student, faculty and staff segments of the Symplicity software system for the Career Center and Student Life Division. Cassandra provides technical support to the Career Center staff. She is responsible for planning, coordination, oversight and the communication of technology plans, as well as configuration and changes supporting technology performance and implementation plans for the Career Center.

Belinda works to analyze current employment market trends to develop strategies to engage those companies and industries that are creating employment opportunities. She also works on identifying alumni constituents from key employers that will partner with Gonzaga to build effective relationships.

Jennifer conducts research, surveys students and complies data for the Career Center. She conducts student workshops including employment trends, economic outlook and top employers hiring new college grads. She is responsible for compiling and assessing post-graduate outcomes. She works closely with Cassandra Marrs on System integration projects. She maintains the operating budgets for the Career Center and assists students with Writing and editing resumes and cover letters.

Valerie is the primary point of contact for the administration of the placement file process. She maintains files and documents - electronic and hard copy. Val also organizes and coordinates all the Career Center events throughout the academic year as well as markets the Career Center services.

Kara provides administrative and receptionist support for the Career Center. As the first point of contact, Kara welcomes and assists visitors to the center regarding the services, appointments and programs provided.
