During the summer months, Gonzaga University offers furnished apartment-style housing to students enrolled in summer school[1] or registered for the Fall 2014 Semester. All the bedrooms are single occupancy and students will share an apartment with students of the same gender[2]. The apartments are furnished, air conditioned and include all utilities.
The standard rate for apartment-style living is not established yet (Summer 2013 it was $175 per resident per week or $265/family/week).Gonzaga has discontinued the full summer rate.
To apply, students may submit an application through the ZagLiving portal (accessible through ZagWeb) after March 15 and by May 1. You may contact the Office of Housing and Residence Life, housing@gonzaga.edu, 509-313-4103.
[1] Students with the STEP or GUST programs reside in Twohy Hall (suite-style living) in double occupancy bedrooms. The cost for a double occupancy room is not established yet (Summer 2013 it was $135 per week per resident). Information will be provided through the Office of Academic Advising and Assistance.
[2] Students who wish to reside with family members (legal spouses recognized in the WA state and dependent children) while at GU may request a family apartment and won't be required to share an apartment with other students. The cost of a family apartment is not established yet (no discount offered if family does not stay the entire time).
