Kennedy Apartments are located at 121 East Boone Ave.

This apartment community accommodates students who have met the residency requirement.  Phase I of the complex was completed for the 2007-08 academic year and Phase II opened in August 2008. The Kennedy apartment complex will accommodate more that 400 residents in 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom (most common size), 2 bedroom, and 1 bedroom units. The 4 and 3 bedroom units have two bathrooms.
