Three rooms - a large bedroom + office + private bathroom - are available for rent in a home just off of Summit Boulevard on the edge of West Central. The house is right by the river, trails, and green space, while still being close to downtown and less then 3 miles from Gonzaga. It’s a pleasant bike ride along the Centennial Trail to get to GU, and the house is also on a bus line. You’d be sharing the house with the owner, a 32 year old female who works at GU. This would be great for a grad student, law student, or mature undergraduate. The house has a large yard & garden, and is a friendly and quiet environment. Internet & water/sewer/garbage included in the rent. Electricity/gas is split two ways.
