Move in to this large 5 Bedroom, 2 Bath Victorian before the school year! Only 4 blocks North of College Hall. No wonder it wasn’t rented… We just painted, repaired, replaced and cleaned completely - move in ready now. My brother and I are recent grads from Gonzaga, and we both lived in this awesome old Victorian house. We liked it so much we bought it. There are Student rented houses on both sides. Huge tall ceiling great room / party room with vintage wooden floors. New kitchen floor just installed. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator included. One large bedroom downstairs, which you will all fight over, and 4 bedrooms upstairs. A really large deck with one layer covered and the second layer open. The deck overlooks a large fenced back yard and patio with a fire pit. Just right for that BBQ on a warm Spokane night. This house just shouts, memories created here, and we have quite a few.
